What you’ll achieve

As the Automation Tester you will ensure the quality, reliability, and safety of the amPHI platform through rigorous, hands-on testing. Working closely with the Business Analyst/Test Lead and development team, you will design and execute test cases, identify defects, and help the team deliver a platform that clinicians and emergency responders can trust. You will bring a methodical, detail-oriented approach to every release and work across functional, regression, and exploratory testing.

You will work on the following:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites (UI, API, and regression) using frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or Robot Framework.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps) to deliver fast, reliable feedback on every build.
• Work with product owners, developers, and manual QA to turn requirements and user stories into clear test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
• Analyse test results, log and track defects, and report on quality metrics and coverage to support release decisions.
• Continuously improve test strategy, data management, and tooling, keeping the work traceable and compliant with quality and regulatory standards.

• Located in Bosnia and Herzegovina
• Ability to work remotely from a suitable environment when necessary

Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:

Essential Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in software testing
• Solid understanding of test design techniques and defect lifecycle management
• Attention to detail and a methodical approach to testing
• Good communication skills
• Fluent English

Desirable Requirements

• Experience working in Agile product development environments
• Interest in or exposure to regulated/healthcare software testing
• Experience with or exposure to test automation tooling
