Marvell Asia Pte Ltd (MAPL) Test Engineering (TE) is a multi-disciplinary team based in Singapore, covering both New Product Introduction (NPI) and High Volume Manufacturing (HVM) activities across Marvell's global semiconductor product portfolio. MAPL TE is a key NPI execution site supporting Marvell's xPU, Switch, Storage, ODSP, and PHY product lines, working on some of Marvell's most advanced silicon programs. The team is growing to meet increasing NPI demand and is embracing AI-driven productivity tools alongside deep technical expertise in ATE platforms, test automation, and high-speed test methodologies.

What You Can Expect

As a member of a dynamic product development team, the candidate will be responsible for basic ATE test program development, characterization of new products, and yield/failure pareto report generation. The intern will also have an opportunity to work with various teams to generate key reports and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understanding basic ATE test program structure and flow 

• Understanding basic production flow for processor products 

• Understanding basic fault, test coverage, and yield models 

• Generate yield/failure pareto reporting for new products 

• Develop scripts using Perl, Python to parse raw test data 

• Perform characterization on new products and generate standard characterization reports 

• Understanding standard end to end yield reporting formats 

• Automate generation of key weekly yield reports 

What We're Looking For

• Undergraduate for BS degree in EE or related technical field(s) 

• Have taken classes on basic electrical circuits theory and programming language (C/C++)  

• Good verbal and written communication skills 

• Good understanding of Perl script writing techniques 

• Strong Programming Skills in C/C++, in a Unix type environment, with good problem solving skills 

• Experience working on ATE test platforms is a strong plus
