Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and optimize testing workflows.
- Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks to support evolving project requirements.
- Document and communicate testing processes and results clearly to stakeholders.
- Assist junior team members in understanding automation best practices and troubleshooting issues.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience in designing and implementing automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and quality assurance principles.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and identify areas for automation improvement.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in test execution and reporting.
Additional Information:
