Job Description

Position scope

Collaborate with nursing leaders, physicians, supply chain, contracts, customer care, marketing, medical affairs, and key decision-makers in acute and non-acute settings.

Essential duties and responsibilities

• Drive sales revenue to exceed prioritized targets within assigned accounts.
• Apply data analytics to identify growth opportunities with current and new customers in GOVT PureWick (Acute and non-acute, like Uro Clinic, PCP, LTC, etc.).
• Craft monthly, quarterly, and annual plans built to meet and exceed territory quota targets.
• Develop and nurture strategic business relationships in key accounts and influential urologists who prescribe Purewick products at home and ISC devices for our veterans.
• Develop and partner with local VA and VA SCI Spoke and hubs to drive urology portfolio sales.
• Perform product demonstrations, customer education, and in-service as required or requested.
• Coordinate with dedicated Documentation Coordinator and regional supervisors.
• Complete requested and required administrative duties in a timely manner, including call reports, monthly results reports, and additional items as assigned.
• Attend and represent BD at local, regional, and national medical conferences.
• Visit Acute VA medical centers and LTACHs to educate on BD urology products and collaborate with KDMs for revenue growth.

Position requirements

• Bachelors degree in business or related field or 4 years of military experience required.
• One to three years of sales experience, medical device preferred.
• Government/Military experience preferred.
• Ability to pass GOVT vendor credentialing/clearance.
• Required to live within territory.
• Travel (75% including overnight travel) within their assigned region.

Salary ranges have been implemented to reward associates fairly and competitively, as well as to support recognition of associates’ progress, ranging from entry level to experts in their field, and talent mobility. There are many factors, such as location, that contribute to the range displayed. The salary offered to a successful candidate is based on experience, education, skills, and actual work location. Salary ranges may vary for Field-based and Remote roles. $85k-$153,500 - Annual Range includes Base + Incentive
