Join LivaNova as a Territory Manager – Cardiopulmonary, based in Istanbul, Turkey, covering the Marmara region. In this field-based commercial role, you will drive business growth by building strong relationships with hospitals, surgeons and healthcare professionals, while providing product training and support in the operating room to help deliver the best possible outcomes for patients.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth across the assigned territory, achieving revenue, sales and pricing targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, surgeons, perfusionists, anesthetists and other healthcare professionals.
- Provide operating room support, product demonstrations and technical assistance to healthcare professionals.
- Deliver product training to customers, ensuring effective use of LivaNova's Cardiopulmonary solutions.
- Develop and implement a territory business plan to identify business opportunities and strengthen market presence.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
- Manage the territory budget, maintain accurate customer and sales data, and represent LivaNova at relevant trade shows and events.
Your Profile
- At least 5 years of sales experience within the medical device industry.
- Cardiopulmonary experience is strongly preferred. Alternatively, experience in medical devices combined with operating room exposure will be considered.
- Strong commercial acumen, with excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Customer-focused and proactive, with the ability to develop long-term relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage a territory independently, prioritize customer visits and deliver against sales objectives.
- Intermediate English is sufficient
