Who are we hiring?
The Partnership Operations team within the Global Partnerships Department supports and executes partnership activations across the Christmas Spectacular starring the Radio City Rockettes portfolio. The team works closely with a broad roster of partners to deliver best-in-class sponsorship programs through hospitality, signage, events, digital and social media assets, and other marketing activations.
The core responsibilities of the Temp Associate include supporting all accounts and partners across the CSSR portfolio, including contractual fulfillment for select partners with assets including hospitality, signage, events, social and digital content, and activations to optimize against partner KPIs. Responsibilities will also include support of the Partnership Operations team with all event activation and hospitality efforts.
The Temp Associate will be involved with a variety of partner accounts with different levels of responsibility. Across all accounts in the portfolio, the expectation is that this individual will provide support to the department in delivering successful partnership programs and ensuring partner satisfaction.
What will you do?
- Support the delivery and execution of contractual assets for assigned partners across the CSSR portfolio.
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders to help drive client initiatives and with external clients to ensure partner satisfaction.
- Assist in managing day-to-day responsibilities for partner accounts including status reports, weekly planning calls, budgets, Salesforce, ticketing, recaps, and other administrative support.
- Support event-day activations across the partner landscape, ensuring execution meets partner and MSG standards.
- Support department hospitality efforts with the input, delivery, and tracking of ticket requests, while providing on-site support at events to ensure partner satisfaction.
- Support the tracking and reporting of partner digital and social assets.
- Provide operational support for partnership activations and events throughout the Christmas Spectacular season.
- Provide exceptional experiences for our guests, partners, and team members, including by adhering to our appearance and presentation guidelines while on-site.
What do you need to succeed?
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, Communications, or a related field preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 0-3 years of account management, partnership marketing, sponsorship, event operations, or related experience, preferably within sports, entertainment, live events, or hospitality.
- Event planning, event execution, or on-site event management experience preferred.
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and familiarity with digital and social media platforms.
- Experience in account management and relationship building, both internally and externally.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to provide exceptional client service and support partnership objectives.
Special Requirements
- Required to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- This is an on-site role and may require on-site support up to seven days per week during peak periods of the Christmas Spectacular season.
