• Deliver a professional and courteous welcome to all guests, clients, and employees, ensuring a consistently positive first impression
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully equipped reception area
• Operate and monitor work-related equipment and systems, including telephone systems, Visitor Management System (VMS), car call systems, computers, and other supporting equipment
• Handle incoming calls, messages, and inquiries accurately and professionally, escalating matters to the appropriate parties when required
• Manage the guest registration process through the VMS, including identity verification, data entry, access card registration, providing necessary guidance or assistance, and monitoring guest entry and exit
• Provide accurate information regarding the building, facilities, retail and restaurant tenants, and visitor procedures
• Maintain and prepare daily records of visitor logs, telephone calls, incidents, and ensure proper shift handover between teams
• Handle lost and found items in accordance with established procedures and company policies
• Report and assist to the supervisor in resolving technical issues with relevant teams
• Coordinate with Security regarding visitor access and potential security concerns

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma (D3) education, preferably in a related field
• Previous experience in Reception, Front Office, Customer Service, or a similar role is an advantage
• Well-groomed with professional appearance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and service-oriented attitude
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications
• Relevant certifications or professional training are an advantage
