We're fundraisers!

Our approach is simple, we respect and value our staff and the generosity of the donors we speak with. Most of our business and staff come through word of mouth and recommendation, but due to expansion we have positions available now.

Become fundraiser because we’re sleepwalking into catastrophic climate change that will put everything we hold dear at risk.
Become a fundraiser because over 100,000 people are experiencing homelessness in Australia.
Become a fundraiser because conflict and violence has led families to flee in fear of their lives in Ukraine, Syria and Afghanistan - seeking safety and refuge in neigbouring countries.
Become fundraiser because mothers, husbands and children die from cancer, heart disease and serious illness

Fundraising supports the change, activism and care which means; we’re closer than we’ve ever been to beating cancer, that the elderly and vulnerable in our community can be cared for and that humans and animals may be treated with dignity…

We're actively recruiting passionate, mature, intelligent and caring people to join us and make a difference. Requirements

Be who you are… currently we’re expanding our mature aged Australian workers, but we also have plenty of everyone else so Kiwi’s or working holiday visa holders are welcome
Be an experienced fundraiser or you want to be one...
Be a change maker and to want to live in a better world
Work up to 38 hours a week
Be open to new experiences and to want to learn and develop

Description

We are an award-winning fundraising agency that is growing. We’re recruiting talkative, and caring team players to join us and make a difference. We’ll enhance your skills and experience to You'll be speak with likeminded supporters of causes which that matter to them. Conversations can be simple, challenging and rewarding. Cultivating trusting relationships with supporters is the main focus of the role. With that comes the ability to fundraise and provide the best representation of the charity.

Your responsibilities would include

Providing quality customer service over the phone to supporters of our long-term charity clients.
Representing charities and advocating for the humanitarian, environmental, medical, animal and social causes.
Provide multiple specialised services to donors for a range of charities over the phone.
Using our Contact Centre solution to make calls and accurately manage data for our charities.

Working effectively and part of a team in a contact center environment.
Achieving customer service KPI's around productivity and quality.

To be successful in this role

A genuine desire to help those in need.
An interest in philanthropy and charity work.
Ability to communicate effectively over the phone to diverse communities of donors.
Demonstrates resilience in handling objections and problem solving.
Previous customer service experience is desired.
Openness to continually learn and develop.
Ability to adhere to process when capturing information.

Benefits

We provide 4-week training and induction program. This will ensure you are equipped with the skills and knowledge required to do the role. You’ll receive regular support and coaching from your peers and the leadership team.

We now have vacancies for permanent, full time and part time (50 hours per fortnight). You get to choose your own shift pattern which allows you to plan your life outside of work. We pay Call centre award rates, there is room for growth, learning opportunities and development! Opportunity to work from home is available to all employees after the probationary period is completed and achieving KPI's on a consistent basis. We can help you get there!

Salary: $40,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
