El Técnico de prueba es responsable de la supervisión de actividades día a día dentro del laboratorio de prueba. Esto incluye dar dirección a tu equipo de trabajo, este rol estará lidereando el esfuerzo en continuamente actualizar capacidades de prueba y adquisición de datos a través de nuevas tecnologías y pruebas.

Ensamblar y desensamblar “fixtures” electromecánicos usados para probar.

Evaluar las herramientas utilizando los procedimientos y equipos de prueba.

Guardar los datos y preparar los reportes de prueba.

Ensamblar y desensamblar las herramientas a probar.

Crear las rutinas de manteamiento a los equipos de prueba

Identificar los problemas de equipos y herramientas

Responsabilidad de la correcta instalación de las herramientas antes y después de iniciar las pruebas.

Reportar el mal funcionamiento de los equipos.

Seguir el correcto FIFO de los proyectos de ingeniería

Revisar requisiciones de prueba antes de iniciar setups.

Asegurar la correcta programación de pruebas y prioridades departamentales 

Trabajar con EHS para mejoras.

Siga el proceso de SCRAP

Participa en el desarrollo de nuevos productos y para proyectos de valor.

Escribe y actualiza los procedimientos técnicos mantenidos en la base de datos técnica en la intranet de B&D

Manejo de personal si aplica.

Entrenar y crear material Deephow

Mantener en control de los métricos Seguridad, Calidad, Entrega, Costo y Producción de ABR, LIFE, Baterías, Motores, Teardown, Incoming, Mantenimiento & Nuevos productos.

Crear y Mantener procesos de control para de ABR, LIFE, Baterías, Motores, Teardown, Incoming, Mantenimiento & Nuevos productos.
