Mantener equipos y estaciones de trabajo en condiciones seguras y optimas, eliminar defectos, minimizar tiempos perdidos por fallas y/o cambios de modelos.

Responsabilidades principales

Soporte a líneas de producción y manufactura atendiendo ordenes de trabajo
• Realizar los mantenimientos preventivos y correctivos en los equipos de líneas o celdas asignadas
• Realizar mejoras en los equipos para reducir tiempo perdido en líneas asignadas
• Implementación y seguimiento de 5’S en equipos asignados y área de trabajo
• Reducción de scrap por ajustes de mantenimiento o intervenciones a equipo
• Realizar cambio de modelo a celda de producción en el mejor tiempo
• Cumplir con estándares de seguridad de maquinaria y equipos
• Segregación correcta de residuos generados derivados de sus actividades
• Mantener corriendo equipo en condiciones óptimas y seguras
• Llenado correcto y a tiempo de formatos de procesos y registros de mantenimiento

Requerimientos

EDUCACION Y EXPERIENCIA:
• Carrera técnica terminada
• Mínimo 2 años de experiencia como técnico de mantenimiento de equipo.

• Conocimientos en Neumática, hidráulica, electrónica.
• Manejo de Control industrial.

• Análisis y solución de problemas mecánicos
• Conocimientos en Manufactura Esbelta (deseable).
• Conocimiento en instalaciones eléctricas de baja tensión (110/220v).
• Fundamentos de AC/DC motores.
• Ingles Técnico, preferentemente.
• Microsoft Office, preferentemente.
• Experiencia en PLC, preferentemente.
• Conocimiento en sensores y transductores.
• Lectura diagramas eléctricos, neumáticos
• Manejo de herramientas básicas de taller (taladro, esmeril, fresadora).
