• The work location for this role is 483 Bay Street in Toronto until approximately late 2026, when the work location will change to the new Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway.

If this sounds like you, then this may be the perfect opportunity for you. The Technology Recruitment Consultant role at Fidelity Canada is integral to attracting, recruiting, and onboarding a diverse talent pool that contributes to our business success.

How You’ll Make an Impact

The Technology Recruitment Consultant will lead the internal and external recruiting process by providing efficient and creative recruiting solutions that result in the onboarding of dedicated Fidelity team members. • Create and implement a targeted sourcing plan to proactively source strong candidates with an emphasis on technology talent through a variety of search resources (social media, internal database, job boards, networking, internet searches, events, etc.)

• Assess talent by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.

• Partner with hiring managers to define and implement appropriate recruitment and selection strategies that support the achievement of business goals.

• Recruit talent across all Fidelity group of companies within Canada and at all levels.

• Partner closely with Talent Acquisition coordinators who lead the administration and coordination tasks related to recruitment.

• Contribute to important projects and initiatives to advance the talent acquisition function.

What We’re Looking For

• 3-5 years’ experience as a recruiter preferably within a corporate environment.

• Prior technology recruitment experience is required.

• Completion of university degree or equivalent work experience.

• The following are considered an asset:

  • Experience in the financial services industry

  • Bilingualism in French/English

  • Completion of or working towards the CHRP designation

• Base Salary and Discretionary Performance Bonus: Total annual cash compensation (base salary plus target bonus) ranges from $99,500 to $123,000, based on experience and qualifications.

• RRSP Contribution: After 6 months of employment, we invest in your future with an RRSP contribution—no employee matching required.
