As a Technology Architect, a typical day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architecture tailored for a platform, product, or engagement. This role requires defining solutions that address critical aspects such as performance, capability, and scalability. The position demands a thoughtful approach to creating robust frameworks that support evolving business needs while ensuring seamless integration and operational efficiency across various components of the technology landscape.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the evaluation and adoption of new technologies to enhance architectural frameworks.
- Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align architectural strategies with organizational goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Life Sciences Industry.
- Strong expertise in designing scalable and high-performance technology solutions within Salesforce environments.
- Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into effective architectural designs.
- Experience in integrating Salesforce platforms with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.
- Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and best practices related to Salesforce architecture.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- This position is based at our Nagpur office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
