Summary:
As a Technology Architect, a typical day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architectures tailored for platforms, products, or client engagements. This role requires defining robust solutions that address performance requirements, enhance capabilities, and ensure scalability. The position demands collaboration with various stakeholders to align architectural designs with business objectives and technical standards, fostering innovation and efficiency throughout the development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead architectural reviews and ensure alignment with organizational standards and best practices.
- Mentor and guide team members to enhance their technical expertise and architectural understanding.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Strong expertise in designing scalable and high-performance technology architectures.
- Experience in integrating ServiceNow solutions with other enterprise systems and platforms.
- Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into effective architectural designs.
- Familiarity with IT service management processes and best practices within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering sustainable and innovative solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
