The Technical Service Manager is responsible for leading and continuously developing Radiometer Turkey’s Technical Service organisation, ensuring high-quality support for customers and Channel Partners both in Turkey and across surrounding regions, including North Macedonia, Kosovo, Albania, Georgia, Azerbaijan, and Armenia. The role drives service performance, operational excellence and productivity, while building the capability, processes and culture required to support customer satisfaction and sustainable business growth.

The position reports to the Director, Field Technical Service and forms part of the Radiometer Turkey Service organisation, with the role preferably based in Istanbul, Turkey. The role is an on-site position and leads the local Technical Service team, with regular engagement across customer locations, Channel Partners and internal functions.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Lead, engage, coach and develop the Radiometer Turkey Technical Service team, building capability, accountability and a strong continuous-improvement culture.
• Own service performance and execution across the installed base, using relevant service metrics and customer insights to improve service quality, responsiveness, productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Standardise and continuously improve service processes, workflows and ways of working through the Danaher Business System.
• Strengthen technical support for customers and Channel Partners, ensuring effective issue resolution and consistent service delivery.
• Support and strengthen channel partner capabilities across the region.
• Partner with Commercial, Applications, Operations, Quality and global Service teams to support business priorities and customer outcomes.
• Ensure service activities are delivered in accordance with applicable quality, regulatory, safety and company requirements.
• Support service planning, resource allocation and cost management to improve operational and financial performance.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• A degree or recognised technical qualification in engineering, electronics, biomedical engineering or a related discipline.
• Multiple years of experience in Technical Service, field service or service operations within healthcare, medical devices, diagnostics or another regulated technical environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading, coaching and developing a Technical Service or field service team.
• Experience using service data and performance measures to improve productivity, service quality and customer outcomes.
• Experience implementing or standardising service processes and continuous-improvement initiatives.
• Professional proficiency in English and Turkish, sufficient to engage effectively with customers, business partners, associates and global stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including CRM

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record and Physical/Environment Requirements:

• Ability and willingness to travel approximately 40% of the time, primarily within Turkey, with occasional regional or international travel as required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Supporting diagnostic or laboratory equipment, preferably blood-gas analysers or other acute-care diagnostic systems.
• Working with Channel Partners in a technical service environment.
