Technical Sales Representative (Antalya)

Summary

We are looking for a Technical Sales Representative to join our Sales team and support customers across the Antalya region. This role combines agronomic expertise with commercial responsibility, providing technical advice, demonstrating FMC products in the field, and building strong customer relationships. As the primary point of contact for customers in the region, you will work closely with growers, distributors, advisors, and food chain companies to promote innovative crop protection solutions and support sales growth.

Location: Antalya, Türkiye (Home-based)

Main Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary FMC contact for customers within the Antalya region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with growers, distributors, advisors, and food chain companies.
• Provide technical guidance and product recommendations based on customer needs and agronomic conditions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and organise field trials to showcase product performance and efficacy.
• Promote FMC crop protection solutions and support achievement of regional sales objectives.
• Monitor customer activity and follow up on sales, orders, and collections.
• Prepare and share regular sales and field activity reports.
• Travel within the region to support customers, conduct demonstrations, and identify business opportunities.

Mandatory Requirements

• Degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Sciences, or a related field.
• Experience in technical sales, agronomy, agricultural advisory, crop protection, or a related agricultural field.
• Strong understanding of agronomy and crop protection products, with the ability to demonstrate technical solutions in the field and communicate their value to customers.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with growers, distributors, advisors, and other industry stakeholders.
• Experience conducting field trials, product demonstrations, or agronomic evaluations, and knowledge of local agricultural markets or crop segments would be advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
• Fluency in Turkish; English language skills are an advantage.
• Valid driving license, willingness to travel extensively within the region and across Turkey as required, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic commercial environment
