  • Define system interface maps, Representational State Transfer (REST) and Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) Application Programming Interface (API) payload specifications, data translation logic and schema validation requirements.
  • Analyze client core banking architectures to identify integration touchpoints for real-time ledger, account processing and Treasury Management solution connectivity.
  • Manage the technical backlog, customized feature scope, sprint priorities and release criteria for client-specific product enhancements.
  • Coordinate with product owners, system architects, Quality Assurance (QA), security and infrastructure teams during Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Program Increment (PI) planning to align dependencies and delivery milestones.
  • Lead technical discussions with client IT stakeholders to document architecture decisions, manage scope trade-offs and mitigate risks related to cloud infrastructure, data privacy and system limitations.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) through traceability matrices, validation planning and issue analysis for customized cloud software enhancements.
  • Responsibilities listed are not intended to be all-inclusive and may be modified as necessary.

Experience you'll need to have:

  • 6+ years of experience in financial technology, Treasury Management System (TMS) implementations or enterprise commercial banking applications.

  • 6+ years of experience defining integration requirements using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, JavaScript Object Notation (JSON), Extensible Markup Language (XML), Structured Query Language (SQL) or similar data formats and query languages.
  • Experience with core banking integrations, including real-time ledger processing, account processing, payment workflows and external system connectivity.
  • Experience delivering products on cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure or similar platforms, including cloud security, data segregation, microservices architecture and deployment pipeline concepts.
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments using SAFe, Large Scale Scrum (LeSS), Scrum@Scale or similar frameworks to manage cross-team dependencies and enterprise releases.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering, Finance or a related technical field or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.

Experience that would be great to have:

  • Experience with DNA, Finxact or Signature core banking systems from Fiserv.
  • Experience with cash management, corporate liquidity, commercial client onboarding, enterprise file delivery, Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication (SWIFT), International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 20022, Fedwire, Clearing House Interbank Payments System (CHIPS) or Real-Time Payments (RTP).
  • SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent product, cloud or business analysis certification.
  • Experience using Jira, Confluence, Postman, Lucidchart, Visio or similar tools for backlog management, technical documentation, API analysis or architecture mapping.

How you'll work:
