Technical Lead (Full Stack Developer)

Are you a senior Full Stack Developer ready to take the next step into technical leadership?

At Unisys, you'll have the opportunity to lead the delivery of enterprise-grade solutions, mentor developers, and work across modern technologies including .NET, Azure, APIs, DevOps, and cloud-based architectures. This role combines hands-on development with technical leadership, giving you the chance to influence solution delivery while helping teams succeed.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading technical delivery across development projects

• Working across front-end, back-end, APIs, databases, and cloud environments

• Collaborating with Project Managers, Test Teams, Operations, and key stakeholders

• Identifying and resolving technical challenges to keep projects on track

• Supporting Agile delivery methodologies including Scrum and Kanban

• Driving continuous improvement initiatives within the development team

• Mentoring and supporting junior developers

You will be successful in this role if you have:

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of relevant IT experience.

• 2+ years experience as Technical Lead minimum required. 

• Strong .NET development background

• Experience with C#, ASP.NET/Core, ASP.NET MVC, REST APIs, and Swagger

• Object-oriented analysis and design experience

• Microsoft SQL Server expertise

• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines

• Cloud development experience, preferably Microsoft Azure

• Knowledge of API Management platforms such as MuleSoft or Apigee is advantageous

• Experience with microservices architecture is highly desirable

• BA/BS Degree (Master's degree preferred)
