Your Role and Responsibilities

This is an Expression of Interest for future Technical Internship opportunities with ABB. We are building a talent pool of students and emerging professionals who are interested in gaining practical experience across a range of technical disciplines. Opportunities may become available within areas such as Electrical Engineering, Service Engineering, Project Engineering, Automation & Control, Software and Digital Solutions, Mechanical Engineering, Field Service, Product Engineering, and other engineering and technology-focused functions. By submitting your application, you will be considered for upcoming internship opportunities across 2027 and 2028 that align with your skills, interests, and business needs across ABB.

As an intern at ABB, you will gain hands-on experience by contributing to real projects that make a difference. Depending on the opportunity, you may support engineering, service, project delivery, automation, digitalization, or operational teams across ABB. Each day will be an opportunity to learn, grow and apply your skills in a supportive environment.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support ABB’s operations and help ensure timely project delivery.

• Applying your technical knowledge to determine effective solutions that meet customer needs and contribute to successful outcomes.

• Participating in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and other collaborative initiatives.

• Seeking feedback and guidance from your manager and team to continuously improve your skills and performance.

Qualifications for the Role

• You are currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering, specializing in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or related fields.

• You are comfortable communicating in English.

• You are eager to learn and grow through diverse experiences and from different perspectives.

• You can collaborate effectively and communicate your progress clearly within a team.
