About the role

As a Technical Account Manager on the team, you will collaborate closely with our DOOH and SaaS clients, offering these partners technical support and expertise in these growing areas of Vistar’s business.

What you will do:

• Become an expert in Vistar’s Marketplace Products and Services

• Act as the first line of support for debugging and provide technical support to internal teams and clients

• Contribute to partnerships team to support on a technical level where required

• Lead internal and external deployments of new product features

• Identify client knowledge gaps and implement documentation or process improvements

• Implement solutions to help automate workflows

• Work with the product team to improve our product suite, processes, documentation, and internal tools

• Onboard inventory from new and existing clients to Vistar’s platform

• Proactively monitor integration health for existing partners

• Provide troubleshooting support to all demand side buyers using Vistar and Partner DSPs

What experience we’re looking for:

• 2+ years experience in ad operations for digital/online advertising and marketing

• Used to working with adservers, CMS systems, programmatic buying, etc.

• Bachelor's degree, Computer Science or Engineering preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis

• Obsessed with making clients happy
