Design and implement complex network solutions based on business requirements and industry best practices, ensuring measurable improvements in network performance and reliabilityDevelop scalable and secure network architecture for both on-premises and cloud environmentsConduct comprehensive network assessments and performance analysis to proactively identify and resolve potential issuesCollaborate with IT and business teams to create and execute detailed project plans for network infrastructure deployment and upgradesOversee and optimize the management of routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and other network hardware and softwareConfigure and manage network protocols, IP addressing schemes, routing protocols such as OSPF and BGP, and network services including DNS and DHCPTroubleshoot and resolve network-related issues efficiently to minimize downtime and ensure operational continuityDocument network designs, configurations, and operational procedures to maintain accurate technical recordsEnsure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices for network operations and securityRequired Skills:
Advanced knowledge of network protocols including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, SNMPExpertise in VPN, LAN/WAN, and wireless network solutionsExperience with firewall configuration and security policiesHands-on experience with network monitoring tools such as Logic Monitor, SolarWinds, Nagios, or PRTGStrong proficiency in routing and switching technologiesExperience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google CloudPreferred Skills:
