仕事内容

＜職務内容＞

• 顧客担当として品質問題の解決活動

　*顧客の品質問題への迅速対応

　*不具合調査と是正措置

  *8Dレポートの管理

• 出荷品質の安定化：内部監査、QMSの推進

• 業務効率化のためのデジタルトランスフォーメーション化（AI活用）

• 関連部門（営業、ラボ、アプリケーションエンジニア、製造技術、品質管理、生産管理、生産職場など）との連携による課題解決

  *国内外の製造工場との連携、継続的改善の推進

応募条件

【必須】

• ４年制大学卒業以上。技術系で特に化学/機械/電気のご専攻で学士以上

• 日本語:Nativeレベル

• 英語力:目安としてTOEICならば600点相当以上。

• Microsoft Officeの基本スキル（Word、Excel、PowerPoint など）

• 普通自動車運転免許（自家用車通勤のため）

【歓迎要件】

• 製造技術、品質管理などの経験（品質保証関連経験があれば、さらに可）

• 生産プロセス改善や品質安定化の実務経験

• 設備やプロセスのトラブルシューティング経験

• 統計手法を用いたデータ分析経験
