As a Tax Managed Services Form 1065 - Real Estate - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the intricacies of tax planning, compliance, and strategy within our Tax practice. You will assist businesses in navigating complex tax regulations and optimizing their tax positions, confirming compliance while minimizing risks. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will develop your personal brand and deepen your technical skills, all while navigating increasingly complex situations.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will review and analyze financial data, prepare and file tax returns, and assist businesses in meeting their tax obligations. You will be expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work and embracing ambiguity when the path forward isn’t clear. This opportunity allows you to use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, enhancing your understanding of the business context and how it is evolving.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing and interpreting complex financial data to prepare accurate tax returns for clients
- Reviewing and validating compliance with tax laws and regulations to minimize risks of non-compliance
- Collaborating with clients to develop tax strategies that optimize their tax positions
- Drafting and filing tax documents, confirming timely submissions and adherence to regulatory requirements
- Utilizing analytical thinking to identify and address potential tax issues and opportunities
- Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to provide insights and recommendations for tax planning
- Applying tax accounting and auditing skills to support client engagements and deliver value
- Mentoring and guiding junior team members in developing their technical skills and understanding of tax compliance
- Building and maintaining meaningful client relationships to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Embracing change and adapting to evolving tax regulations and industry standards

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree in the following field of study: Accounting or Master's in Commerce
- At least 3 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Flexible to work from office

- Open to work for UK shift
