About the Role
To lead and manage Tax compliance and Finance Management and transformation initiatives within the finance function, ensuring adherence to local regulations, optimizing tax strategies, and driving operational efficiency through system/IA/ automation and process improvements.- Tax Management (35%)
- Manage end-to-end tax activities including planning, reporting, and payment processes.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of all tax returns and payments.
- Monitor developments in tax legislation and communicate relevant updates to internal stakeholders.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax laws and regulations.
- Identify tax risk and opportunities and advice on appropriate actions.
- Strategic Tax Planning (15%)
- Conduct research and analysis of tax laws, regulations, and legislative developments.
- Provide tax planning advice and strategic recommendations to management.
- Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
- Collaborate with other function to evaluate the tax implications
- Finance Management (35%)
- Financial Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting

- Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by line manager in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.
