Our mission is to accelerate the transition to a net zero energy system by investing in clean energy infrastructure and energy transition businesses across multiple jurisdictions.As our international portfolio continues to grow, we are looking to strengthen our in-house tax capability with the addition of a commercially minded tax professional who is keen to develop within a fast-paced investment environment.
The Role
We are looking for a Tax Assistant Manager / emerging Tax Manager to join the OEGen Tax Team, reporting directly to the Funds & Deals Tax Lead. The successful candidate will join the tax function at Sky Generation, the UK clean energy infrastructure platform of the Sky Fund, which owns and manages a number of international operating platforms. These businesses are active across Europe and beyond, developing, investing in and managing renewable energy and broader energy transition assets.This is a strong opportunity for someone with around 4–5 years’ experience who is looking to step into a broader international role and continue developing their technical, commercial and project management capabilities within a growing infrastructure investment environment.
The role will support the Sky Fund’s portfolio and associated holding structures across multiple jurisdictions. You will work closely with investment teams, finance teams, portfolio companies and external advisers on a broad range of tax matters, including tax compliance oversight, reporting, transactions, structuring and ongoing portfolio support.The position offers wide exposure to international investment structures, cross-border transactions and the full lifecycle of infrastructure investments, while working within a collaborative, hands-on and growing in-house tax team.
