About the Role:

Calling all dreamers, magic-makers, and storytellers! The Talent & Growth Intern, Spring 2027 will support the Prepare & Grow team, within the Talent & Growth organization, in delivering innovative, world-class talent and growth experiences that help our storytellers thrive across the globe. This role offers hands-on exposure to program operations, data management, communications, and stakeholder support for BetterUp, Executive Coaching, and Assessment programs. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative, adaptable environment where innovation and willingness to learn are highly valued!

This internship is a full-time, six-month commitment in Burbank, CA from January 2027 - June 2027.

Responsibilities:

As a Talent & Growth Intern, you will contribute to the smooth administration and continuous improvement of Talent & Growth programs for Enterprise leaders and employees. You will help maintain accurate data, organized processes, and clear communications so that coaching, assessment, and development offerings are easy to access, understand, and use - making this role a key enabler of operational excellence and a great opportunity to build skills as a curious and detail-oriented team member.  On any given day you might: 

• Build and maintain a Certified Facilitator Airtable base to track assessment-certified facilitators and support clear data standards and documentation while analyzing and refining existing coaching data in Airtable and other data management tools to improve data quality and reporting accuracy to identify opportunities for automation and reduce manual workflows.
• Develop and maintain quarterly reporting templates for custom coaching engagements and assessment usage, supporting recurring data pulls, quality assurance, and analytics for Coaching & Assessment programs.
• Own day-to-day maintenance of the BetterUp Hypesite, reviewing and updating content, FAQs, resources, and links, and preparing materials for transition to Tigerhall platform.
• Maintain primary calendars of key Executive Development events and populate and update leader assessment history, ensuring assessment records are complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
• Create, organize, and maintain SOPs, recurring workflow documentation, and a central repository of current program materials, processes, and resources to support knowledge management.
• Craft and support Coaching & Assessment education and marketing materials tailored to People & Culture, Talent & Growth, and end users; adapt existing content for different audiences and channels and maintain a library of approved materials.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a supervised environment.
• Possess attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in data, documentation, and communications.
• Compelling written and verbal communication skills for partner-facing updates and materials.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn new systems and processes, with a collaborative, adaptable mindset aligned to an innovative, global entertainment company.
• Basic skills in calendar management and coordination across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with Microsoft Suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience with Airtable, SharePoint, or similar tools beyond coursework or basic exposure.
• Ability to handle confidential or sensitive business information appropriately.
• Interest in leadership development, talent management, coaching, or organizational development.
• Familiarity with technology, including an overall knowledge of reporting or data visualization tools and basic analytics concepts.
• Coursework or prior experience related to HR, organizational behavior, analytics, project management, or process improvement.

Education:

• Junior or Senior year preferred
• Major in HR/talent-related programs, operations, data management, communications or related field
  
  

Eligibility Requirements & Program Information

Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements: 

• Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship
• Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Possess unrestricted work authorization

Additional Information

• Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship with full-time availability, 40 hours each week
• The approximate dates of this internship are January through June 2027
• Able to provide own housing and transportation for the duration of the internship program in the Burbank, CA area
