What You’ll Do

• Make outbound calls to shortlisted candidates and present the company, role, location, and job requirements clearly.

• Understand each candidate’s interest, availability, notice period, and other relevant details.

• Follow up with candidates through calls, WhatsApp, and email to keep the hiring process moving.

• Share interested and qualified candidates with the relevant internal team.

• Maintain accurate call logs, candidate notes, and records in spreadsheets or internal systems.

• Meet daily outreach and follow-up targets; this is a high-volume calling role with approximately 100–120 outbound calls per day.

• POD Leads: Coordinate the team, coach associates, monitor daily productivity, and maintain quality standards.

What We’re Looking For

• A completed graduation; candidates with 0–1 year of experience are welcome. Current college students are not eligible.

• Clear, fluent spoken English and confident, professional phone communication.

• Comfort with repetitive calling, regular follow-ups, and daily performance targets.

• Basic ATS knowledge and strong attention to detail.

• Availability for the stated work schedule.

• Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, sales, or recruitment outreach is helpful, but not required for entry-level applicants.

Compensation

• Fixed pay: ₹5,000–₹15,000 per month

• Performance bonus: ₹5,000–₹10,000 per month

Your role level and compensation will depend on experience, interview assessment, and mutual fit. Incentives are performance-based and not guaranteed. Complete pay terms will be shared before you accept an offer.
