Über diese Talent Associate Stelle bei Rockstar
Rockstar is recruiting for a company that is rebuilding the infrastructure for employability by collapsing the cost of hiring. By blending GenAI with human judgment, they cut the cost of recruiting by over 90%, making it easy for every employer to compete for talent. They are laying the foundation for an employment system that works, where wonderful companies can build winning teams and every person has the opportunity to build an extraordinary career.
The Role
The company's Talent Associates are the human judgment in that equation. The Talent Associate will be the first real conversation a senior candidate has with the company, and often the moment that decides whether they trust the company with their next career move. In 10 to 15 minutes, the Talent Associate will build that trust, get to the substance of who they are, and make a clear call on where they fit.
This is a part-time, independent contractor role, 5 to 15 hours per week, fully remote, with availability needed early mornings and/or nights to match US hours.
What the Talent Associate Will Do
- Run 10 to 15 minute introductory screening calls with senior US-based candidates
- Build genuine rapport fast, so every candidate leaves feeling understood and excited about what's next
- Cover every key topic using the company's screening scripts as a guide, while keeping the conversation natural
- Use the company's evaluation guide to make clear, consistent calls on whether each candidate fits the role or another role at the company, and log accurate findings in the company's system
- Own their desk: their call schedule, no-shows, and follow-ups, without needing reminders
- Spot and flag patterns, like recurring candidate questions or a role that isn't landing, so the company keeps getting better
Who the Talent Associate Is
- Has 4+ years of recruiting experience, including screening senior-level candidates in the US, Canada, Europe, or Australia
- Is excellent on the phone: spoken English is strong, loves talking to people, and senior candidates trust them within minutes
- Has sharp judgment: can tell real substance from a polished answer and explain exactly why someone is or isn't a fit
- Is detail-oriented and organized: hits every topic on a call, and notes are complete and accurate every time
- Is a self-starter who's also coachable: takes ownership, acts on feedback quickly, and enjoys learning new systems
- Is reliably available during US hours (early mornings and/or nights in their time zone)
