We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in IT and Non-IT hiring, with the ability to manage recruitment processes from sourcing to offer closure. You should be comfortable working with hiring managers, managing multiple requirements simultaneously, and using recruitment platforms such as Naukri and LinkedIn to identify and engage relevant candidates.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced recruitment environment and has a strong understanding of sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, stakeholder coordination, and recruitment operations.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT positions, from understanding requirements through sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer closure.
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand job requirements, candidate profiles, skill expectations, and hiring timelines.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, job portals, professional networks, databases, and other relevant channels.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and evaluate profiles based on skills, experience, qualifications, location, compensation, and role fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams and ensure timely follow-ups throughout the selection process.
• Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for current and upcoming requirements.
• Manage candidate communication, interview scheduling, feedback collection, negotiations, and offer discussions.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Track recruitment metrics such as sourcing numbers, interview conversions, offer closures, joining ratios, and turnaround time.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and update applicant tracking systems or recruitment trackers regularly.
• Stay updated on talent availability, market trends, compensation benchmarks, and effective sourcing practices.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to address hiring challenges and improve recruitment turnaround time.

Must-Have Skills

• Non-IT Hiring: Strong experience recruiting for sales, operations, finance, HR, customer support, administration, and other Non-IT functions.
• IT Hiring: Hands-on experience hiring for technical roles across software development, engineering, QA, DevOps, data, cloud, and related technology functions.
• Naukri & LinkedIn Tools: Strong proficiency in using Naukri and LinkedIn for candidate sourcing, database searches, profile screening, and talent mapping.
• Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and sourcing methodologies.
• Excellent candidate screening and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of recruitment metrics and hiring targets.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience in Bulk Hiring and managing high-volume recruitment requirements.
• Exposure to Campus Hiring, including coordination with colleges, placement cells, and student candidates.
• Experience with recruitment drives, walk-ins, referral programs, or other high-volume sourcing initiatives.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics.

Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred. Candidates with 2–6 years of relevant recruitment experience will be considered.
