About the Role
At Everpure, we are helping customers better manage and utilize their global data in the AI era, as we evolve from traditional storage to intelligent data management and Enterprise Data Cloud capabilities.
We are looking for a Technical Sourcer to help identify, engage, and attract top engineering talent across a range of technical domains. In this role, you will partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to build strong talent pipelines and drive hiring outcomes for critical technical positions that support Everpure’s product and engineering growth.
The ideal candidate is passionate about talent mapping, market research, candidate engagement, and building relationships with highly sought-after technical talent. You bring strong market insight, thoughtful outreach, and a proactive approach to finding and engaging the right talent before the market does. What You'll Do
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify high-quality candidates for technical roles across software engineering, infrastructure, systems, AI/ML, firmware, hardware, and related domains.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, with a focus on quality, relevance, and speed.
- Conduct market mapping and competitive intelligence research to identify target companies, talent pools, and key technical profiles.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, research, professional networks, and other channels.
- Engage passive candidates through personalized outreach and build long-term relationships with technical talent.
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies.
- Track sourcing activity, pipeline health, and key recruiting metrics to inform decisions and improve outcomes.
- Support diversity sourcing efforts by identifying and engaging underrepresented talent pools.
- Participate in intake meetings, calibration sessions, and hiring reviews to align on search strategy and candidate quality.
- Maintain accurate candidate data and activity in the ATS and sourcing tools.
What You'll Bring
- 4–8 years of experience in technical sourcing or technical recruiting.
- Demonstrated success sourcing for engineering and other technical roles.
- Strong understanding of technical talent markets, sourcing channels, and candidate engagement strategies.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and sourcing tools effectively.
- Ability to assess candidate backgrounds against technical requirements and role priorities.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- A data-driven mindset, with the ability to use market insights and pipeline data to shape sourcing strategy.
Nice to Have
- Experience hiring for infrastructure, cloud, storage, distributed systems, security, AI/ML, hardware, firmware, or semiconductor roles.
- Experience supporting hiring in a fast-paced product or engineering organization.
- Experience conducting talent mapping and competitive intelligence projects.
