Talent Acquisition Projects & Transformation

• Lead and manage strategic Talent Acquisition projects that drive process excellence, operational efficiency, and business outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment processes through automation, digitalization, and technology enhancements.
• Partner with HR, IT, Procurement, Marketing, and business leaders to deliver recruitment transformation initiatives.
• Develop project roadmaps, timelines, governance frameworks, and success metrics.
• Manage external vendors and recruitment technology partners to ensure successful implementation and adoption.

Data Analytics & Talent Intelligence

• Build and enhance Talent Acquisition data, reporting, and analytics capabilities.
• Own and maintain recruitment dashboards, scorecards, and workforce analytics to support informed decision-making.
• Identify and track key hiring metrics including time-to-hire, quality of hire, source effectiveness, cost per hire, candidate conversion, and recruiter productivity.
• Analyze recruitment trends and provide actionable insights to improve hiring performance.
• Generate talent market intelligence, competitor benchmarking, and workforce planning insights.
• Leverage internal and external data sources to support talent strategy and business planning.
• Develop predictive hiring insights and talent demand forecasting where applicable.

Recruitment Delivery

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, selection, and offer management.
• Partner with hiring managers to deliver timely and quality hires.
• Build talent pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Leverage data and market insights to support hiring decisions.

AI & Recruitment Innovation

• Lead the evaluation, implementation, and optimization of AI-powered recruitment tools and solutions.
• Drive adoption of Generative AI tools to improve sourcing, candidate engagement, assessment support, recruitment marketing, and administrative efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to utilize AI for talent mapping, workforce insights, and candidate experience enhancement.
• Establish governance, compliance, and responsible AI practices within the Talent Acquisition function.
• Stay abreast of emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve recruitment outcomes.

Recruitment Excellence

• Support recruitment for strategic, niche, or business-critical positions when required.
• Enhance sourcing strategies through AI-powered and data-driven approaches.
• Work closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to improve hiring effectiveness and candidate quality.
• Drive continuous improvement of recruitment processes and service delivery standards.

Change Management & Capability Building

• Champion a data-driven and AI-enabled culture within the Talent Acquisition team.
• Conduct training, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions on analytics, AI tools, and recruitment best practices.
• Develop frameworks, playbooks, guidelines, and standards for data usage and AI adoption.
• Act as a subject matter expert on recruitment analytics, talent intelligence, and recruitment technologies.
