The Talent Acquisition Coordinator position is a Full time, Agency position.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Draft and publish job postings across various digital recruitment platforms to attract qualified candidates.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidate resumes from multiple channels; conduct initial screenings and interviews to identify top talent for each role.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate evaluations and develop shortlists of the most qualified applicants based on resumes, applications, and screening outcomes.
  • Document all recruitment activities, including interview notes and related materials, and share relevant information with hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate interview logistics by partnering with hiring managers, interviewers, and candidates to schedule or reschedule interviews as needed.
  • Manage and communicate real-time recruitment issues such as scheduling conflicts, delays, and interviewer cancellations or no-shows.
  • Provide general support in the recruitment process, including offering guidance to hire teams on best practices in candidate selection.
  • Contribute to employer branding efforts by organizing and participating in job fairs, hiring events, and outreach initiatives.
  • Work independently and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision, maintaining a high level of accountability.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and recruitment best practices to continually improve sourcing strategies and candidate engagement.
  • Complies fully and consistently with the Company's standards, policies, and procedures and the local and federal laws applicable to our industry, business, and employment practices.
  • May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned, in accordance with the education and experience requirements contained in this document.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition or related experience.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Proficient in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate evaluation, using a variety of interview techniques and assessment methods.
  • Demonstrated experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), resume databases, and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Strong understanding of local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations applicable to recruitment and hiring practices.
  • General knowledge of core HR functions, including learning and development, compensation and benefits, performance management, occupational safety, and talent acquisition.
  • Experienced in leveraging professional and social recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards to attract top talent.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, including professional phone and email etiquette, attention to detail, proactive follow-up, and a positive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Collaborative team player with a strong sense of accountability and adaptability.
  • Proven ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
  • Demonstrates sound judgment and the ability to identify and implement effective solutions independently.
  • Experience utilizing Microsoft Office products (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Bilingual (writing, conversational and reading comprehension in English and Spanish).

  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
  • Will operate a computer, copier, telephone, and other standard office equipment. The employee generally works indoors in a professional office setting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with flexibility to adjust hours, including occasional evenings or weekends to support recruitment activities or hiring events.
  • Occasional offsite visits may be required, such as attending job fairs, hiring events, or meetings with external partners, as requested by the organization.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.  

  • Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer, coordinating recruitment activities, and managing multiple candidate pipelines.
  • Regular use of hands and fingers for typing, digital navigation, and handling office equipment.
  • Occasional lifting and carrying of recruitment materials or event supplies, typically up to 25 pounds.
  • Strong visual and auditory skills are essential to review candidate applications, conduct virtual interviews, and communicate effectively with team members and applicants.
