Experience & Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, recruitment coordination, HR operations, marketing, or administration.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and coordination abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and workplace collaboration tools.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is desirable.

• Support daily operational activities across the Talent Acquisition function.
• Coordinate recruitment workflows and ensure hiring activities progress efficiently.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, documentation, reports, and dashboards.
• Track key recruitment metrics and support data-driven improvements.
• Assist with process enhancements and standardization of TA operations.
• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth recruitment delivery.

Candidate Experience & Communication

• Serve as a key point of contact for candidate communications and recruitment-related queries.
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and candidate updates throughout the hiring journey.
• Ensure timely and professional communication across recruitment channels.
• Help deliver a seamless and positive candidate experience.

Employer Branding & Community Engagement

• Support employer branding activities across digital and offline platforms.
• Coordinate engagement initiatives with universities, professional communities, and industry networks.
• Assist in creating recruitment-focused content and career communications.
• Promote career opportunities and strengthen the organization’s talent presence.

Events & Recruitment Marketing

• Coordinate recruitment events, career fairs, networking sessions, and talent engagement activities.
• Support planning and execution of recruitment campaigns and employer branding events.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver successful events.
• Gather insights and feedback to improve future initiatives.

Recruitment Team Support

• Support internal recruitment campaigns, hiring announcements, and talent initiatives.
• Follow up on recruitment activities to ensure timely completion.
• Assist with recruitment documentation and process compliance.
• Contribute to recruitment projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
