Main Responsibilities
1. Manage the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, contract negotiations, commercial proposals, and deal closing.

2. Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive business growth and achieve sales revenue targets.

3. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and resolve customer inquiries to ensure high satisfaction.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure smooth service execution.

5. Ensure all sales operations and activities comply strictly with company policies, standards, and legal procedures.

General Responsibilities
1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably with supervisory or team leadership experience.

• Demonstrated capability to manage, mentor, and motivate sales team.

• Customer-focused approach combined with a strong strategic, commercial, and results-oriented mindset.

• In-depth knowledge of advanced sales techniques, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, and market development strategies.
