Join LV Luxury Jewelers as a Sales Associate at our standalone TAG Heuer boutique at The Palazzo Hotel Resort and Casino in Las Vegas. This dedicated TAG Heuer boutique offers a personalized luxury experience focused on TAG Heuer timepieces. You will guide clients through the collection, achieve individual sales goals and build lasting relationships through thoughtful service and product expertise.

LV Luxury Jewelers is a family-owned Las Vegas luxury watch and jewelry retailer. This full-time, on-site role suits a relationship-driven sales professional with a passion for fine timepieces and consistent client follow-up.

What you will do

• Deliver a personalized client experience from the first greeting through post-sale follow-up.

• Build and grow a client book, documenting preferences and interactions accurately in Zoho CRM.

• Use consultative selling to recommend TAG Heuer timepieces and achieve individual and boutique sales goals.

• Conduct consistent outreach and follow-up to develop long-term client relationships.

• Explain TAG Heuer brand heritage, craftsmanship, collections and technical features with confidence.

• Keep product knowledge current and participate in brand and boutique training.

• Accurately process sales, special orders, deposits and service transactions.

• Maintain professional presentation, showcase standards and an organized sales floor.

• Collaborate with colleagues and leadership to achieve boutique goals.

Requirements

Required

• At least two years of sales experience in luxury retail or high-end client-facing environments.

• Demonstrated ability to build client relationships and meet or exceed sales targets.

• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

• Confidence using CRM and POS systems.

• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred

• Experience selling luxury watches, fine jewelry or premium consumer goods.

• Knowledge of Swiss watchmaking and an interest in TAG Heuer timepieces.

• Experience building a client book and serving local and international clientele.
