We are a fast-paced software company seeking a technical support customer service representative. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent creative problem-solving skills.
Our company produces several software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions and caters, among others, to the Property Inspection business supporting users all over North America, AU, NZ, UK and more via our Internetbased tool suite. This position will also inculde assiting with billing support and collections. You will
be the first line of support for all billing related questions and inquiries, and assist in collection efforts.
This is a work from home position and a customer-facing role, and your day-to-day will involve working directly with customers to provide live support via phone, chat, and email. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting issues customers are having, working with them to find a solution, and walking the customer through the steps they need to take in order to correct the issue.
What You Will Bring As A T1 Support Billing Specialist
2+ years of experience in a technical support role
Excellent written and spoken English communication.
Excellent conflict management and de-escalation skills.
Ability to maintain an upbeat, caring, and empathetic attitude towards customers.
General understanding of the troubleshooting process and the ability to outline your approach.
The ability to type 50+ Words per Minute
Basic understanding of Microsoft Office and G Suite Programs
Excel, Word, Sheets, Docs.
Self-Starter, able to work and learn independently.
Comfortable learning 1-on-1 or through self-guided videos and documentation.
Ability to task switch effectively between different types of work.
Experience working with global and/or US based business teams
Workspace: A quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload
What You Will Get Supporting Porch Group
Monthly Salary: COP 3,200,000.00 to COP 3,600,000.00
