- Oversees production and control networks at regional campuses, coordinating with IT and Facilities as needed
- Performs preventative maintenance on systems, fixtures, and equipment across the region
- Supports campus technical build-outs, upgrades, and new campus launches
- Standardizes system configuration across regional campuses so equipment and Team Members are interchangeable between rooms
- Maintains inventory, system records, and as-built documentation for the region
- Partners with the Central Lighting, Video, and Audio Managers on discipline standards and equipment specification
- Is present and serving at weekend services and churchwide events as the ministry calendar requires
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- A clear passion for Jesus and a strong biblical foundation
- Strong technical knowledge of audio, video, and lighting system design, wiring, and signal flow
- Working knowledge of production and control networks, and of the protocols live systems run on

- Able to function at a high level of effectiveness and calm under live, high-pressure conditions
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to hold several priorities at once
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn and function within new software and systems
Education/Certification(s):
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in a technical field, and three or more years of AVL systems or integration experience — required
