What you'll own

Seeking an experienced Senior Systems Support Engineer / SRE to provide operational support for business-critical payment processing platforms and middleware technologies. The role focuses on incident management, root cause analysis, service reliability, automation, release support, and continuous operational improvement within a 24x7 production environment.

 Key Responsibilities

• Provide 24x7 on-call support for critical production systems.

• Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents using ITSM Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.

• Perform log-level analysis, root cause investigations, and defect management.

• Partner with Product, Development, Infrastructure, and Business teams to resolve issues and implement permanent fixes.

• Support production releases, disaster recovery exercises, and change events.

• Develop and maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles.

• Drive service reliability, operational efficiency, and automation initiatives.

• Create scripts and tooling to reduce manual effort and improve support processes.

• Analyze operational trends and communicate findings to technical and business stakeholders.

This role is ideal for a production support professional with strong AWS cloud knowledge, Oracle Middleware, Linux, Database, and SRE expertise who can lead complex incident resolution, improve platform reliability, and support mission-critical payment systems.
