Buscamos talento tecnológico para integrarse a una operación de servicios empresariales de alta criticidad. La persona seleccionada contribuirá a la estabilidad, disponibilidad, seguridad y mejora continua de las plataformas bajo su responsabilidad, trabajando con equipos multidisciplinarios y clientes del sector financiero.

Responsabilidades principales

Administrar, operar y soportar plataformas IBM Z y z/OS; monitorear salud, disponibilidad, capacidad y desempeño; gestionar jobs batch y analizar errores; atender incidentes, requerimientos y cambios; apoyar mantenimiento, respaldo, recuperación y continuidad; administrar controles operativos de seguridad; documentar procedimientos y coordinar la resolución de situaciones críticas. Actuar como referente senior, liderar escalaciones complejas, orientar decisiones técnicas y transferir conocimiento al equipo.

Conocimientos y experiencia requeridos

Skills específicos de la demanda: z/OS (IBM), Hybrid & Multicloud, Unix & Windows Operating Systems. IBM Z, z/OS, TSO/ISPF, JCL, JES2/JES3, SDSF, RACF, gestión batch, análisis de logs, conceptos de Sysplex, almacenamiento y respaldo en Mainframe, ServiceNow o herramienta ITSM e ITIL. Deseables DB2, CICS, IBM MQ, Control-M, REXX y experiencia en ambientes bancarios. Idiomas: español fluido e inglés intermedio-avanzado, con capacidad para comunicarse en contextos técnicos y profesionales.

Idiomas

Español fluido e inglés intermedio-avanzado, con capacidad para desenvolverse en conversaciones y documentación técnica.
