Your team

You will closely work with an experienced, international and cross functional team of engineers, in a great place to work environment.

You will be part of the CoreRide Team, developing and integrating reference design automotive Electronic Control Units (ECU), based on cutting edge NXP automotive components and software, striving for safe and secure products for our customers.

Your responsibilities

• Define and lead the validation strategy for the CoreRide portfolio, ensuring high levels of product maturity and robustness across the portfolio.
• Drive end-to-end validation of integrated NXP and ecosystem partner technologies.
• Establish and continuously improve validation processes and efficient defect management throughout the development lifecycle.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across engineering, quality, safety, and security to strengthen portfolio quality and customer readiness.

Your Skills

• 15+ years’ experience in automotive embedded systems validation, including ECU, platform, and system-level verification and testing.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Deep understanding of quality-driven development practices, including requirements traceability, verification, and validation planning.
• Solid knowledge of automotive functional safety, cybersecurity, and quality standards.

Would be a plus:

• Experience with automotive reference platforms and reusable software.
• Knowledge of middleware, operating systems, and virtualization.
• Experience with safety-critical or cybersecurity-focused validation.
• Familiarity with test automation, CI/CT, and validation toolchains.

Contract: This is a fulltime position with a permanent contract

Compensation: Besides a good salary, you will be eligible for our bonus plan and receive lunch vouchers, 25  vacation days and the possibility to buy company shares with a 15% discount. We also have flexible work hours and a work from home policy.
