In data engineering at PwC, you will focus on designing and building data infrastructure and systems to enable efficient data processing and analysis. You will be responsible for developing and implementing data pipelines, data integration, and data transformation solutions.

The Opportunity

• When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
• As part of the Data and Analytics Engineering team you will oversee the implementation of enterprise-scale Master Data Management and Product Information Management initiatives on the Syndigo platform. As a Senior Manager you will establish governance frameworks and quality standards while partnering with executive stakeholders to secure trusted and syndication-ready master data. This role presents a unique opportunity to lead global program delivery and drive data modernization efforts across multiple domains.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of Master Data Management and Product Information Management initiatives on the Syndigo platform
• Establish governance frameworks and quality standards for data management
• Collaborate with executive stakeholders to maintain trusted master data
• Lead global program delivery to enhance data modernization efforts
• Drive initiatives to maintain data syndication readiness across multiple domains
• Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities for process improvement
• Monitor and evaluate project progress to maintain alignment with objectives
• Cultivate a team focused on achieving data excellence

What You Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree
• 9 years of experience in implementation of MDM Projects
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Proven experience leading large-scale cloud-based implementations
• Certification in Syndigo or related MDM/PIM platforms
• Driving MDM/PIM transformation or modernization programs
• Managing vendor relationships and optimizing platform adoption
• Establishing data governance frameworks aligned with industry standards
• Engaging executive stakeholders for scalable technical architectures
• Overseeing API-driven integrations and enterprise data platforms
