At WinCan, we develop world-leading software solutions for the condition assessment and management of sewer and infrastructure networks. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Support Specialist for our Partner Success Team to ensure that our sales partners worldwide receive the support, information, and resources they need to succeed. With your organizational skills, service-oriented mindset, and keen understanding of customer needs, you’ll play a
key role in delivering a positive partner experience.

Your Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for general and technical inquiries from our international sales partners
• Ensuring professional, timely, and solution-oriented communication
• Coordinating and following up on partner-related issues in close collaboration with internal teams and specialists
• Supporting our partners with sales-related activities and administrative processes
• Assisting with the planning, organization, and execution of partner-related initiatives and events
• Supporting the onboarding of new partners and ensuring a smooth transition
• Coordinating training sessions, workshops, and organizational measures
• Providing up-to-date sales, marketing, and training materials
• Continuously developing our partner programs
• Maintaining partner data, documentation, and feedback records
• Ensuring high data quality and transparency within the relevant systems
• Assisting with the creation of reports and analyses

What You Bring to the Table

• Business or technical training or a comparable qualification
• Experience in sales support, customer success, partner management, or inside sales, ideally in the IT industry
• An affinity for technical topics and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly
• Strong service and customer focus
• Ability to work independently, in a structured and reliable manner
• Excellent communication skills in German and English; additional languages (French, Spanish) are a plus
• Proficiency with CRM, ERP, or collaboration systems
• Experience with SaaS, cloud, or IT solutions is a plus
• Enjoyment of working with international partners and teams
