Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison between Customer Experience & Operations and Supply Chain teams, providing timely support and serving as the first escalation point for critical customer orders.
- Take ownership of proactive and reactive order backlog management to ensure smooth order fulfillment and revenue achievement.
- Monitor and communicate order status updates, providing visibility on order progression from order validation through shipment.
- Lead regular stakeholder meetings with regional teams to drive alignment, resolve challenges, and ensure accurate and up-to-date order information.
- Partner with manufacturing sites and logistics teams to expedite priority orders and support on-time customer deliveries.
- Identify and remove order blockers, ensuring orders are shipment-ready and revenue opportunities are maximized.
- Deliver dedicated support for strategic accounts, balancing operational excellence with a strong customer-centric approach.
- Analyze backlog trends and performance data, identifying risks, priorities, and opportunities for process improvements.
- Contribute to achieving key business objectives through effective backlog management and operational execution.
- Support team development by sharing knowledge, mentoring colleagues, and assisting with onboarding and training activities.
Education and Experience Required:
- First level university degree or equivalent experience; may have advanced university degree.
- Typically 4-6 years of experience in a supply chain function.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Experience in supply chain, order management, operations, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including planning, sourcing, manufacturing, and delivery.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven mindset.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with professional fluency in English.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to build effective cross-functional relationships.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Understanding of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and Available-to-Promise (ATP) concepts.
- Interest in AI, process automation, digital tools and continuous improvement initiatives.
