Founded in 2018, our client is a Dutch company focused on innovation and development of precision injection systems for small volume injections, built around a single principle: minimizing residual volume and injection risks. Their concept minimizes silicone oil contamination and reduces drug waste to delivering accurate, repeatable dosing where it matters most.

Their core business is the development of syringes and supporting tools to help (compounding) pharmacies obtain optimal efficiency when prefilling small dose injections. By combining feedback from doctors, pharmacists, and patients, we create products tailored to their clients’ needs.
The Role
The Supply Chain & Quality Engineer/Specialist is responsible for ensuring the efficiency, reliability, and compliance of supply chain operations while maintaining high quality standards across our manufacturer(s), materials, and processes. This role combines technical engineering expertise with management, quality assurance, and continuous improvement activities to support operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Analyse and support our manufacturer in optimizing their supply chain processes related to production, logistics, and inventory.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement data‑driven improvements to reduce lead times, increase reliability, and lower total cost of ownership.
- Support new product introductions by coordinating supply readiness, capacity validation, and material availability.
- Support compliance with ISO9001, ISO13485, GMP, or other relevant standards.
- Work with R&D, production, and logistics to ensure product and process compliance.
- Review technical documentation, certificates of conformity, and quality records.
- Cross functional collaboration with HQ Netherlands, Manufacturer(s) and regional offices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Industrial, Mechanical, Supply Chain, Quality, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain, engineering, quality engineering, or manufacturing operations.
- Experience working with supplier management, audits, and quality systems.
- Hands‑on attitude with ability to operate across engineering and supplier environments.
- Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to work independently and cross‑functionally.
