About the Role

As a Facilities and Grounds Support team member, you will support the location by performing general maintenance, light repairs, janitorial work, and groundskeeping.

You will help ensure the facility, outdoor areas, tools, and supplies are maintained properly and support a safe and efficient work environment.

What You’ll Do

• Support general janitorial and groundskeeping activities throughout the location
• Help maintain floors, fixtures, work areas, and other facility spaces
• Remove trash, debris, and other materials from the property
• Mow and maintain grass and assist with landscaping, including planting and pruning shrubs and flowers
• Clear and maintain sidewalks, parking lots, and other outdoor areas
• Ensure tools and equipment are maintained in good working condition
• Handle and store chemicals appropriately and safely
• Maintain inventory of supplies, tools, and materials

What You’ll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of bus maintenance
• Ability to perform work safely and follow established safety procedures
• Ability to work independently and support the needs of the location
• Dependability and attention to detail

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

• Must be able to work outdoors in varying seasonal weather conditions
• Work may involve performing maintenance, groundskeeping, and facility-support activities throughout the property
