The Pass Programs Supervisor oversees the daily operations of RTD’s employer-sponsored, institutional, and community-based transit pass programs. This role ensures the effective administration, customer service, and compliance of RTD's EcoPass, CollegePass, and
Neighborhood EcoPass programs. The incumbent is responsible for supervising a team of pass program staff, facilitating relationships with external stakeholders, ensuring data integrity, and supporting strategic growth and operational excellence of the programs.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


ESSENTIAL:

  • The Pass Programs Supervisor oversees the daily operations of RTD’s employer-sponsored, institutional, and community-based transit pass programs. This role ensures the effective administration, customer service, and compliance of RTD's EcoPass, CollegePass, and Neighborhood EcoPass programs. The incumbent is responsible for supervising a team of pass program staff, facilitating relationships with external stakeholders, ensuring data integrity, and supporting strategic growth and operational excellence of the programs.

People Power Management 

  • Maintains appropriate staffing levels and reviews progress to ensure the quality and quantity of work meet standards and deadlines for deliverables to meet program goals and objectives. 
  • Recruits staff to include interviewing, hiring, assigning work, training, coaching, and counseling to ensure consistent application of Employee Guidelines, processes, and procedures. 
  • Conducts performance reviews and holds employees accountable for optimal performance of their responsibilities. 
  • Fosters a safety-first culture, prioritizing prevention, accountability, and continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS:


• Bachelor’s degree in public administration, business, marketing, advertising, communications or related field.

• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in community outreach, program management, business development, revenue generation, or marketing strategy.

• A minimum of two (2) years of contract management experience to include negotiating financial terms and conditions with a broad customer base such as government entities, corporations, neighborhood groups, or non-profits.

• A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a supervisory capacity managing people directly.


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES


• Proficiency in auditing, collections, reconciliations, pricing, and invoicing.

• Proficiency in basic math and statistics.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing and to make presentations to internal and external customers at all

organization levels.

• Ability to use sound judgment and maintain the strictest of confidentiality.

• Ability to manage time and workload effectively, which includes planning, organizing and prioritizing with attention to detail.

• Excellent customer service and strong listening skills.

• Ability to work non-standard hours (i.e. nights and weekends) and work independently with minimal supervision.

Pay Range:

$84,407.00 - $119,224.25 Annual
