  • Review drawings and specifications, perform constructability reviews, interpret construction plans, and maintain accurate redline and as-built drawings
  • Prepare and maintain site logistics plans, detailed project schedules, four-week look-ahead schedules, procurement activities, and closeout procedures
  • Manage inspections from progress reviews through Certificate of Occupancy and complete punch-list and customer sign-off activities
  • Maintain Procore daily reports, progress photos, schedule updates, RFIs, correspondence, safety inspection reports, and other job-site documentation
  • Lead subcontractor start-up, coordination, and on-site safety meetings while enforcing applicable safety requirements and correcting hazards
  • Track material and equipment deliveries, subcontractor start dates, installation quality, approved submittals, and project progress
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Safety, Quality Control, Architecture and Engineering teams, client personnel, inspectors, and local officials to resolve issues
  • Promote compliance with Design Group HSEQ requirements and applicable OSHA and USACE EM385.1.1 requirements while maintaining a clean and organized job site

What You'll Bring

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience as a construction site superintendent on industrial projects
  • OSHA 30 certification
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Project, plus Procore, Bluebeam, and CAD
  • Ability and willingness to travel to regional construction sites for extended periods and work nights, weekends, or holidays as project requirements demand

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within active operating manufacturing facilities

Travel:

  • Travel to regional construction sites (this may require temporary lodging/living arrangements for extended time periods)
  • Work shifts may include nights, weekends, and holidays
