Chapter Aesthetic Studio in Eden Prairie, MN is looking for a warm, driven Studio Sales & Guest Experience Specialist to be the heart of our guest experience. You’ll be the first smile guests see and the trusted guide who helps them find the right path to looking and feeling their best.

This is far more than a front desk role. You’ll blend hospitality, consultative sales, and studio operations to build real relationships, deliver a premium experience, and help guests start (and stay on) personalized treatment plans, all while driving growth for the studio.

Hourly Rate: Starting hourly rate $20+ based on experience with bonus structure increasing earning potential

What You’ll Do

• Welcome every guest with warmth, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm
• Lead consultations to understand guest goals and support personalized treatment recommendations
• Educate guests on services, memberships, packages, retail products, and financing options
• Drive studio performance through membership and package sales, rebooking, and guest retention
• Follow up through calls, texts, and emails to build loyalty and turn interest into appointments
• Run the front desk: scheduling, check-in/check-out, phones, and payment processing
• Partner with clinical providers and studio leadership to keep the guest experience seamless
• Keep accurate guest records in our scheduling and CRM systems
• Support studio events, promotions, and local marketing efforts
• Help keep the studio clean, organized, and guest-ready

What You Bring

• 1-3+ years in sales, hospitality, retail, aesthetics, fitness, or another guest-facing setting
• Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills
• A friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
• Comfort with scheduling systems, CRM platforms, and POS software
• Organization and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
