Job Description

Just imagine helping the LEGO® Group turn cybersecurity requirements into trusted evidence that supports digital products and technology services across a global organisation. Then make it real.

About the role

As our Student Worker, Governance, Risk, & Compliance, Digital Security, you'll play a part in helping the LEGO Group demonstrate that its digital products and technology services meet cybersecurity and regulatory requirements. You'll gain hands-on experience with real-world compliance challenges while supporting audits, certifications, compliance assessments, evidence gathering, and reporting. Working alongside experienced colleagues across Digital Technology and Digital Security, you'll learn how cybersecurity, risk management, and governance come together in practice and build valuable skills in the process.

Required Qualifications

  • Interest in cybersecurity, governance, risk management, and compliance

  • Ability to analyse information and work with data and documentation

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

  • Fluent English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of security frameworks or regulations (e.g. ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR)

  • Experience with reporting, audits, or compliance-related activities

  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, and Governance, Risk, & Compliance platforms

What you'll build

  • Support audits, certifications, compliance assessments, evidence collection, and reporting activities

  • Help demonstrate cybersecurity and regulatory compliance across digital products and technology services

  • Contribute to making compliance more continuous, scalable, and embedded in everyday ways of working

  • Support efforts to improve visibility of compliance status and reduce manual effort through automation

  • Help translate complex requirements into practical tasks that teams can act on

  • Develop a strong foundation in cybersecurity compliance while becoming a valued contributor to the team

If you've worked in a role where you handled data, documentation, reporting, or structured administrative activities, you'll feel at home here. What matters most is your willingness to learn, contribute, and support the team while developing your skills.

Life on the team

You'll join the Digital Security governance, risk, and compliance team. We help the organisation demonstrate cybersecurity compliance through assurance activities, audits, certifications, and regulatory assessments. We're a collaborative, highly connected team that works closely across cybersecurity, technology, risk, and compliance. Curiosity, attention to detail, initiative, organisation, and clear communication are valued here. We support each other, learn continuously, and follow a flexible hybrid rhythm that helps us stay connected.

What success looks like

Success means helping make compliance more efficient, transparent, and easier for teams to demonstrate through trusted evidence. Over time, you'll build confidence in cybersecurity compliance practices and contribute meaningful support that reduces workload across the team. You'll work closely with cybersecurity specialists and a broad network of stakeholders across Digital Technology as the team continues to strengthen and scale compliance activities throughout the organisation.

We're looking for students who

  • Are currently enrolled in Denmark in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Erhvervsakademi (professional academy) program in fields related to data.

  • Preferably graduating summer 2028 or beyond, having at least 1.5-2 years left of studies

  • Are curious and willing to learn, with a positive, team-player attitude.

  • Can be present 15–20 hours per week, ideally with 1–2 days at our LEGO Campus in Billund.

  • Are passionate about digital technology and eager to contribute to real projects.

If you're interested in joining us, please prepare your CV and cover letter in English.

The application portal will remain open from 14th September to 12th October 2026, but it may be taken down earlier so we urge you to apply as soon as possible.
