About the role
HealthFitness is looking for an energetic Strength & Conditioning Instructor to join the fitness team at our new corporate client site in St. Paul, Minnesota!
This role includes leading one strength and conditioning session per week and is ideal for instructors looking for a consistent, rewarding opportunity in a professional corporate environment. We're seeking passionate fitness professionals with experience designing and coaching safe, effective workouts that help participants build strength, improve endurance, and enhance overall fitness.
Details:
1 session per week during operating hours (Monday through Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.)

Ideal for certified strength and conditioning, personal training, or functional fitness professionals
Minimum Requirements
Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT, or other NCCA nationally accredited specialty class certification required.
Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required prior to start date.
2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.
Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.
