As a Strategy Generalist - Associate, you will engage with clients to analyze their needs and develop customer-centric solutions that enhance their customer experience and drive business growth. Within our Commercial & Service Excellence practice, you will specialize in providing consulting services focused on customer-related strategies and initiatives. As an Associate, you will contribute to client engagements and projects, developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will analyze customer touchpoints, design customer journey maps, and offer guidance to help clients create seamless and personalized experiences that drive satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy. You will be expected to adapt to working with a variety of clients and team members, each presenting unique challenges and scope. Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to develop customer-centric solutions that enhance customer experience and drive business growth
- Designing customer journey maps to create seamless and personalized experiences that increase customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Supporting client engagements by applying customer experience strategies and initiatives
- Gathering information from diverse sources to analyze facts and discern patterns in customer behavior
- Applying business process improvement techniques to optimize customer service management
- Managing customer data to improve engagement and retention strategies
- Utilizing customer segmentation and trend analysis to inform strategic decisions
- Collaborating with team members to deliver quality work in a fast-paced environment
- Taking ownership of tasks and consistently delivering value for clients
- Building commercial awareness and understanding how the business operates
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including PwC's code of conduct and independence requirements

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in strategy, corporate strategy, business analysis, or transformation roles. 

- Proficiency in Power Point and Excel; familiarity with analytics tools: Power BI, Tableau, SQL (nice to have).

- Industry exposure in: Financial Services, Health, Technology, Media, Consumer, Energy.
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer Engineering, Information CyberSecurity, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Applications
- Demonstrating skills in Customer Experience (CX) Design and Strategy
- Utilizing Customer Relationship Management tools effectively
